       		<description><![CDATA[Effective May 11, 2009 the Ashtabula County Transportation System will be using alternate routes due to the West Avenue railroad project and the Goodwill Drive resurfacing project.<br><br>The detours will be as follows:<br><br>Uptown Route:  From Main avenue, right onto W.58th; (cross West Ave.) left on Ogden Avenue, right on Hamlin; left back onto West Avenue, right on to W. 58th Street; left on Jefferson Avenue; left on Center Street; and left on Rte 20.    <br><br>Harbor Route:   From Save-A-Lot, right (east) on W. 9th St., left on Joseph Avenue;  right on <br>W. 8th St.; left on Hulbert Avenue (behind Goodwill Industries), left on W. 6th St., return to Lake Avenue, resume normal route.  <br><br>June 4-30<br>Accessible Expressions Ohio touches the lives of thousands of Ohioans every year with its message of disability awareness and the unique abilities in all of us. The next stop for the AEO exhibit will be the Ashtabula Arts Center, 2928 West 13th St. <br>Ashtabula.  The exhibit will run June 4 – 30.  <br>Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday 9-8 and Friday 9-4 and Saturday 9-12.  The exhibit can also be viewed before theater performances and during intermission.  Admission to the exhibit is free.  <br><br>June 15-July3                                                         <br>The Ashtabula Arts Center is now registering kids for their popular summer "Multi-Arts Camp for Kids." The first camp session will run June 15 through July 3. The Arts Center is located at 2928 West 13th Street in Ashtabula.  Spaces are limited and those interested should register as soon as  possible.
